At CBMK Skate Park we specialize in teaching you how to skateboard.
CBMK is hands down the #1 training facility in Canada for skateboarders! Our lessons are second to none, just look at our team page and our history over the past decade! From beginner and advanced to sponsored level skaters and everything in between, CBMK can help you learn anything and everything you want on your skateboard. We provide the safest and most progressive learning environment for skaters to challenge themselves and push their physical limits on their skateboards.
If you have never stood on a skateboard but would like to learn, CBMK is the place for you. Our instructors are the best in the business. We don’t make outrageous claims, we skate and have fun and that’s what its all about!
We specially cater each of our lessons to each individual so they can get the most out of each lesson. It is not unheard of to have a beginner learn 5 to 10 tricks in one lesson. If you have specific tricks like ollies, kickflips, dropping in or any other amazing trick you can think of, we can help you learn it. We have been known to teach people to ollie in less than 5 minutes!
Our lessons are 1.5 hours long and are available 7 days a week during business hours. You have the option of staying after for as long as you want at no extra charge. We ask that you book/cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
What we teach:
Most of our cliental have an idea as to what they want to do but have not figured out how to over come the obstacles. At CBMK we break it down to the basics. If you are a beginner and have never stood on a board we can help you figure out which is your proper stance, and show you how to get rolling.
If you have spent some time on a board and want to learn certain tricks, as many skaters do. There is no trick to big to small or to technical that we can’t teach you or show you how it’s done. Most common tricks requested are ollies, dropping in, kick flip, heel flip, pumping in a half pipe, carving the bowl, pop shuv its and grinds, none of which are hard to learn at all. With some practice and progression those tricks will be standard in no time at all and you will be on to bigger and better things.
If you have a list of tricks you want to learn, give us a challenge and bring them in. We are always happy to try new things and teach certain tricks that most people wouldn’t think of. How creative can you get on your board?
We have been teaching people how to skateboard longer than Mississauga has had skate parks!
